I am not sure who said it first, but the quote “You’re only as old as you feel.” I don’t think is very good, because some day’s my body reminds me of how old I really am.  I have come up with a new quote as I believe that it all has to do with you mindset.

“You’re as young as you allow yourself to be,

even when your body feels old.”
